President Aliyev arrives in Russia to join CIS Council of Heads of State

On October 7, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived on a visit to the Russian Federation to participate in the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.

The Azerbaijani President was met by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and other officials at Moscow's Vnukovo-2 International Airport, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani president’s press service.
