Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev is participating in the official opening ceremony of the 31st International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition, the 14th Caspian International Clean Energy Exhibition, and the 31st Baku Energy Forum, which are taking place as part of Baku Energy Week at the Baku Expo Center.

The head of state delivered a speech at the event, Caliber.Az reports via state media.
