President Aliyev: Azerbaijan implements big infrastructure projects in Agsu, Ismayilli
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has said that big infrastructure projects have been recently implemented in Azerbaijan’s Agsu and Ismayilli Districts.
“It is possible to say that the main part of infrastructure projects has been completed,” President Aliyev said in an interview with Azerbaijani television in Basgal settlement on August 12, according to Azertag.
Stressing that big projects related to the provision of gas, electricity, water, and road construction are being implemented in both districts, President Aliyev said that it is enough to say that despite the Ismayilli district being a mountainous district, over 80 per cent of the territory has been provided with gas while almost 100 percent of the territory of the Agsu district has been provided with gas.
“More than 10 electric power substations have been recently built in these two districts, and electricity is fully supplied. Roads, both rural roads and a new section of the Ismayilli-Muganli road, are being laid,” the president added.
