President Aliyev extends warm congratulations to Slovenia on Statehood Day

In a gesture underscoring the friendly and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Slovenia, President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to President Nataša Pirc Musar on the occasion of Slovenia’s national holiday, Statehood Day.

In his message, cited by local media, President Aliyev conveyed his sincere congratulations on behalf of himself and the people of Azerbaijan, emphasising the significance of the day for the Republic of Slovenia.

“I believe that the relations between Azerbaijan and Slovenia will continue to develop in the spirit of friendship and cooperation, both bilaterally and multilaterally, in accordance with the interests of our peoples,” the letter stated.

On this remarkable occasion, President Aliyev extended his best wishes to President Pirc Musar for good health and happiness, and wished the friendly people of Slovenia everlasting peace and prosperity.
