President Aliyev inaugurates digital management centre, ASAN Service, other facilities in Salyan UPDATE

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has opened the Salyan Digital Management Centre owned by “Azerishig” OJSC, Azertac reports.

Chairman of “Azerishig” OJSC Vugar Ahmadov informed the head of state of the conditions created at the Centre.

It was noted that the dispatch control system at the Centre will enable control of low-voltage circuits in the modern digital network model up until the end consumer.

President Ilham Aliyev launched the Salyan Digital Management Centre.

The dispatch control system of the Salyan Digital Management Centre can operate in both centralised and independent mode.

Such digital management centres are scheduled to help monitor the operation of renewable energy sources in the future.

He also inaugurated “ASAN xidmet” centre in Salyan.

Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev informed the head of state of the Center.

The administrative building, two parking lots, cafe, concert stage, decorative fountain, recreation zone and children's entertainment area were created on the 2-hectare area allocated for the Salyan regional “ASAN xidmet” centre.

The Centre will offer more than 360 services by various public agencies, as well as private companies and enterprises.

The head of state was also informed of advanced innovations - "Metaverse" platform, "METASAN service", "e-ASAN" equipment, "Charge Box" power supply stations.

Then, President Ilham Aliyev was presented with the first jubilee medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan "10th anniversary of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2012-2022)" as well as a keepsake dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Agency prepared by ABAD on behalf of the "ASAN xidmet" centre staff.

There are currently 25 “ASAN xidmet” centres in the country. Seven of them are located in the city of Baku, two in Ganja, two in Sumgayit, the rest are in Sabirabad, Barda, Gabala, Masalli, Guba, Mingachevir, Imishli, Shaki, Shamakhi, Kurdamir, Tovuz, Aghjabadi, Balakan and Salyan.

To date, “ASAN xidmet” centres have received about 61 million applications from more than 8,640,061 citizens. According to a survey, the popular approval rating of the services provided by “ASAN xidmet” is 99.8 per cent.

President Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have viewed the conditions created at the Sturgeon Breeding Farm owned by “Azerbaijan Fish Farm” LLC in the Yenikand village of the Neftchala district.

The head of state and the First Lady were informed of the conditions created in the farm.

About 16 million manats have been invested in the enterprise. The farm employs 115 people. Their average monthly salary is 600 manats. The farm occupies a total area of 58.6 hectares.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of the Neftchala Olympic Sports Complex.

Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov informed the head of state and the First Lady of the work done in the complex.

The construction of the complex, which occupies an area of 4 hectares, started in 2013. The complex has a 770-seat universal sports hall, a swimming pool, a three-storey hotel with 56 beds and mini football pitches.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have also viewed the conditions created after the overhaul at the 80-bed Maternity Home and Children’s Polyclinic of the Salyan District Central Hospital.

Health Minister Teymur Musayev informed the head of state and the First Lady of the conditions created in the Maternity Hospital and the Children's Polyclinic.

The buildings and facilities in the hospital were constructed on an area of 3.94 hectares.

The major overhaul of the building started in 2019 and ended in 2022.

The hospital features Maternity Home, Children's Polyclinic, Hygiene and Epidemiology Center, Infectious Diseases and Pathological Anatomy buildings, and other facilities.

Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of the 420-seat Banka settlement No. 2 secondary school built by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Neftchala district.

The head of state and the First Lady were informed of the conditions created in the school.

The three-storey school consists of five buildings. The school has 18 classrooms, labs, a library, a canteen, an assembly hall and a gym.

Landscaping work was carried out, green areas were laid out in the yard of the school.
