President Aliyev: Karabakh Armenians are our citizens

Karabakh Armenians are our citizens, this is an internal issue of Azerbaijan.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who participated in the summit of the European Political Union in Prague on October 6, made the remarks, answering a question from an Azerbaijani journalist, Caliber.Az informs.

“We will decide ourselves when to talk to them. This is our internal issue. We are not going to discuss this with any country,” the president added.
