President Aliyev: Support from brotherly nations is especially valuable during Great Return program
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has underscored the vital role of international support—particularly from friendly nations—in the country’s ongoing efforts to revitalize the liberated territories of Karabakh and East Zangezur under the Great Return program.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the first phase of Khidirli village in the Aghdam district, President Aliyev emphasized the comprehensive nature of reconstruction activities currently underway in the region, Caliber.Az reports, citing loval media.
“Today, as Karabakh and East Zangezur are being revived, infrastructure, houses, and public buildings are being constructed. First and foremost, in every project, we plan schools, kindergartens, nurseries, and medical points. Life cannot be normal without these,” the president stated during his meeting with returning residents.
He went on to acknowledge the significance of solidarity from allied nations in these efforts:
“And, of course, at a time when we are successfully implementing the Great Return program, help from brotherly countries is especially valuable. This help comes from the soul, from the heart of the Kyrgyz people,” he noted.
