President Aliyev visits Sumgayit Chemical-Industrial Park

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev paid a visit to Sumgayit Chemical-Industrial Park on October 23.

In the chemical-industrial park, President Aliyev laid the foundation of an enterprise for the production of technical gases of the Çinar-Servis production and commercial company, took part in the opening of an enterprise for the production of polymer additives Novus Plastica LLC, an enterprise for the production of packaging products of Universal Qablaşdırma Sənayesi CJSC, an enterprise for the production of ceramic tiles Azərbaycan Vanhong Ceramics Co. LLC, laid the foundation of an enterprise for the production of construction chemicals Kartaş Kimya LLC, Caliber.Az reports, citing the president's official website. 

Then the head of state visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the centre of Sumgayit, got acquainted with the conditions at the reconstructed Sumgayit City Stadium named after Mehdi Huseynzade, and took part in the opening of the new building of Sumgayit City Hospital No. 2.
