President Aliyev welcomes Latvian leader to Azerbaijan in social media post

Azerbaijani President of Ilham Aliyev has welcomed the official visit of Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs to Azerbaijan, highlighting the development of bilateral relations under a strategic partnership framework.

In a message posted on X on April 22, the Azerbaijani president Anoted that the Declaration on Strategic Partnership signed nine years ago had elevated relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia to a high level, Caliber.Az reports.
