President Ilham Aliyev arrives in Turkmenistan for working visit PHOTO

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Turkmenistan on August 22 for a working visit at the invitation of Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (People’s Council) of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

According to the official website of the Azerbaijani President, the head of state was welcomed with an honour guard at Turkmenbashi International Airport.

Upon arrival, President Aliyev was received by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for Trade, Nokerguly Atagulyev, along with other senior Turkmen officials.
