Remains of spouses found in mass grave in Khojaly to be buried today
Another person whose remains were found in a mass grave in Khojaly has been identified.
APA reports that at the current stage of forensic genetic examination the identity of Vagif Jamil oghlu Maharramov has been established.
Note that earlier 8 people were identified, including Basira Vali gizi Maharramova, the spouse of Vagif Jamil oghlu Maharramov.
Remains of spouses found in mass grave in Khojaly will be buried at Zabrat cemetery in Baku.
The funeral will be held today, Report informs.
The investigation into the discovery of human remains during excavation works carried out as part of complex reconstruction and renovation works near the former carpet factory in the center of the liberated city of Khojaly is underway.
It has been established that the remains found in the mass grave belonged to at least 18 persons, among whom four were presumably minors.

- Salimova Tamilla Aghamirza gizi (01.06.1935)
- Najafov Shiraslan Mamish oghlu (01.06.1952).

- Javadov Ali Musul oghlu (15.06.1954)
- Ismayilov Ismayil Bahman oghlu (01.08.1955)
- Maharramova Basira Vali gizi (01.06.1954)
- Maharramov Vagif Jamil oghlu (01.06.1951).
