Russia seizes Ukraine’s ammunition depot
The Russian Defence Ministry has disseminated a video footage showing the seized ammunition depot of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which was left during their retreat.
"Many types of weapons were hastily abandoned by the Ukrainian nationalist units while retreating on the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic," TASS reports referring to the ministry's statement.
In total, about 1,000 various weapons and ammunition were found in the ammunition depot seized by the Russian military.
“Among them are mainly Soviet weapons, Javelin, NLAW weapons, German-made anti-tank guided missiles, export variants of Soviet missiles, various foreign-made small arms. The anti-tank guided missiles from NATO countries are most often brought in,” one of the Russian servicemen stressed.
