Top diplomats from Azerbaijan, Jordan eye regional security Amid Israel-Iran conflict
Growing instability in the Middle East driven by the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict topped the agenda as Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Jordan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi met on June 21.
During the meeting, held on the sidelines of the 51st Session of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Council of Foreign Ministers in Istanbul, the two ministers voiced shared concerns about the escalating regional tensions and pledged to strengthen cooperation in international and regional organisations, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry said on X, Caliber.Az reports.

During the talks, Bayramov and Safadi also explored ways to deepen bilateral ties and exchanged views on broader regional security challenges.
