Paraguay appoints honorary consul to Azerbaijan

Paraguay has appointed an honorary consul to Azerbaijan, the country's ambassador to Azerbaijan, based in Ankara, Cirilo Guillermo Sosa Flores, told Report.

According to the ambassador, Tarlan Mammadov has been appointed to the position.

"We believe that his work will make a significant contribution to strengthening commercial, cultural and institutional ties between Azerbaijan and Paraguay," the ambassador said.
