Former United States President Donald Trump has promised that if re-elected, he will achieve an end to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine among his priority measures.
According to Gazeta.ru, he said this at the Libertarian National Convention in Washington.
"Even before I return to the Oval Office after winning the presidential election, I will achieve an end to the monstrous war between Ukraine and Russia, so that we stop spending hundreds of millions of dollars on other people's conflicts and save thousands and thousands of lives," Trump said.
In addition, the politician said that he would restore peace and stability, as well as "stop the march of current US President Joe Biden to World War III."
