World leaders extend birthday greetings to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated President Aliyev, highlighting his leadership in strengthening the relationship between Azerbaijan and Russia. In his message, Putin praised Aliyev’s role in advancing Azerbaijan’s socio-economic development and his contribution to the strategic partnership between the two nations. He wrote:
"Under your leadership, friendly Azerbaijan continues to advance confidently on the path of socio-economic development, strengthening its position on the global stage. Your personal contribution to building and reinforcing the strategic partnership and alliance between our nations cannot be overestimated. I deeply value our cordial and friendly relations and look forward to continuing our close collaboration on pressing issues of the bilateral and international agenda. Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, also sent her best wishes, emphasizing President Aliyev’s vital role in Azerbaijan’s growth and the strengthening of Azerbaijan-Russia ties. Her message read:
