Minister: Azerbaijan realises importance of actions to combat climate change

Azerbaijani Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev has said that Azerbaijan realises the importance of actions to combat climate change.

Babayev made these remarks at the plenary meeting of the COP28 final session, which was held in Dubai (UAE), Report informs.

“Azerbaijan will closely cooperate with the UAE and Brazil, the previous and further host countries of COP28 and COP30, in connection with holding COP29,” the minister noted.
