Karabakh University set to launch with 1,000 students
Karabakh University is set to commence operations in the upcoming 2024/2025 academic year, with an anticipated initial enrollment of around 1,000 students.
In this regard, a meeting was held at the STEAM Innovation Center on February 21, attended by Head of the Department for Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora Affairs, Multiculturalism and Religion of the Presidential Administration Farah Aliyeva, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev, rectors of higher educational institutions, Azerbaijani scientists living abroad, and other participants, the Ministry of Science and Education told Caliber.Az.
During the meeting, a presentation was shown on the areas of activity of Karabakh University, specialties, and information was provided on the work done at the university, goals and plans for the future.
The meeting participants shared their recommendations for the activities of the university, extensive discussions were held on the formation of a modern environment for students and academic staff of the university, and the creation of an ecosystem that supports creative projects based on research.
