Egypt to carry out humanitarian aid airdrop in Gaza

This is Egypt’s first airdrop of humanitarian aid operation in the strip since the start of the Israeli aggression and blockade on Gaza on 7 October.

On Monday, the Jordanian army conducted a humanitarian aid airdrop operation of food and other supplies into the besieged Gaza Strip, Ahram Online reports.

Egypt has been facilitating the delivery of aid to 2.4 million Palestinians in Gaza under Israeli bombardment and blockade since 7 October through the Rafah border crossing between Egypt and the strip.
