Yerevan decides to hand over lost Azerbaijani serviceman to Baku

Armenian authorities have decided to return lost Azerbaijani serviceman Ruslan Panahov to his homeland.

"In fulfilment of the agreement reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan at the highest level that servicemen of both sides who have lost their way and found themselves on the opposite side should be returned as soon as possible, Armenia has decided to hand over Ruslan Panahov to the Azerbaijani side," Caliber.Az reports, citing the National Security Service of Armenia.

On the morning of February 28, Panahov Ruslan Eldaniz oglu, a soldier of the Azerbaijani army, moving between positions in the territory of the Lachin district, lost his bearings due to adverse weather conditions and got lost.
