04 April 2024 21:08

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has left for Brussels on a working visit.

A trilateral meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is scheduled for April 5, Sputnik Armenia reports.

As part of the visit, Prime Minister Pashinyan will also meet with US Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator Samantha Power.

Earlier, EU Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Peter Stano said that "security guarantees" will not be discussed at the upcoming high-level meeting between Armenia, the EU and the US in Brussels.

In his turn, Spokesperson for the US Department of State Matthew Miller said that the meeting will focus on reforms in Armenia, its democracy and economy.
