Latvian Parliament speaker pays official visit to Azerbaijan

A delegation headed by Speaker of the Latvian Parliament Daiga Mijerina has arrived on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where the flags of the two countries were flying, Speaker of the Latvian Saeima Daiga Mierina and the delegation were met by Head of the Azerbaijani-Latvian Working Group on Inter-Parliamentary Relations of Azerbaijan Parliament Kamran Bayramov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Latvia Elnur Sultanov, Head of the International Relations Department of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ilkin Mammadov and other officials, Report informs.

Within the framework of the visit, the Speaker will hold a press conference at the administrative building of the Parliament on May 20.
