Footage obtained by APA clearly displays the crosses associated with historical crusader imagery on the flags hoisted by Armenia, Caliber.Az reports.

Notably, Armenia’s official state flag does not feature a cross, leading to speculation that this alteration reflects a shift in messaging aimed at conveying a "crusader intent" against Azerbaijan. The incorporation of a cross, which symbolizes the Crusades, has been interpreted as a provocative gesture that underscores Armenia's objectives in the ongoing tensions with Azerbaijan.
