Armenian police detain "Dashnak" leader

Armenian police detained the Chairman of the Supreme Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation “Dashnaksutyun”, Simon Simonian, on May 18.
Police officers have used force while detaining him, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Armenia media.
“[They are] breaking my hand,” Simonyan said in a rage caused by the actions of police.
In Yerevan, from 8:00 on May 18, civil disobedience actions continued demanding the resignation of the administration led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Protesters blocked the streets in different parts of the Armenian capital. The police have been trying to restore traffic. Actions of disobedience have been taking place in Armenia since May 2. Some 417 people were detained on May 17.
