Azerbaijan-Armenia border delimitation work continues, says FM

Work within the process of delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijan–Armenia border is ongoing, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated.

After visiting the Alley of Honor on the 103rd anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s birth, the minister told journalists that the process is long-term and technical in nature, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

“This is not a process that can be implemented in a short period of time. There are many technical issues here, and the work continues,” he said.

Recalling the visit of the Azerbaijani delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev to Armenia on April 29, the minister noted that three documents defining the procedures and regulations for further work were agreed during the meeting.
