Azerbaijan to host international conference on tolerance

An international conference will be held on the occasion of the International Day for Tolerance in Azerbaijan’s Baku city on November 16, 2022.

The Baku International Multiculturalism Centre is the organiser of the event, Report informs on September 20.

The corresponding agreement has already been reached.

Thus, the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre was established upon a presidential decree dated May 15, 2014.

The main work of the centre is to ensure tolerance and cultural, religious, linguistic diversity in accordance with the ideology of Azerbaijani multiculturalism, promote Azerbaijan in the world as a centre of multiculturalism, studying and promoting existing multicultural models.
