Azerbaijani official vows “hundreds of thousands of jobs” to re-settlers in liberated territories
The social infrastructure, destroyed during the years of occupation, will be restored in the liberated territories, and hundreds of thousands of jobs will be created.
Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev told a conference, entitled “Development of vocational education in Azerbaijan for a strong economy: Vision of the future,” Report informs.
He added that the construction of social infrastructure on these lands is extremely important since its absence creates serious problems in terms of employing the population.
“Azerbaijan is successfully coping with all challenges. And the activities underway are a clear example of it.”
Anar Aliyev emphasized that work is underway with persons returning to the liberated territories and an assessment of their employment opportunities is being organized.
“Preference is given to persons with priority qualifications and professions, as well as those who have work experience. Vocational training tools are also important. We regularly study the labor market. The prestige of vocational education in society must be increased.”
