Baku airport receives first flight of Qazaq Air from Kazakhstan
The first plane of the Kazakhstan-based airline Qazaq Air landed at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku on July 7, 2022.
The air carrier, starting this week, will operate regular flights on the new route Aktobe-Baku-Aktobe and Nur-Sultan-Baku-Nur-Sultan (transit through Aktobe), Caliber.Az informs, citing the press service of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
Flights in this direction will be carried out twice a week - on Thursdays and Sundays. Canada-made De-Havilland Dash 8-Q400 aircraft, which is designed for up to 86 passenger seats, is used for the flights.
Booking and purchase of tickets for the route can be realised on the official website of the air carrier https://www.flyqazaq.com/en/, as well as at the airline's sales offices.
Before travelling, all passengers are advised to check for up-to-date data on the current entry regulations in both countries related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
QAZAQ AIR is an inter-regional airline established by the local Samruk-Kazyna Company in Kazakhstan for improving the safety and availability of inter-regional air traffic in Kazakhstan and border areas of neighbouring countries.
