Baku: Armenia must choose between peace and continued confrontation
The Azerbaijani side calls on Armenia to abandon destructive steps, show political will and responsibility in removing the remaining obstacles on the way to the logical completion of the normalization process.
First of all, Armenia should change the provisions in the constitution and other legislative acts, which include territorial claims to Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports, citing a statement by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
The statement noted that the Armenian side should make a choice between completing the normalisation process in the above-mentioned way or continuing confrontation at all levels.
“Azerbaijan is committed to the normalization process, which it initiated and consistently promotes with political wisdom and sense of responsibility,” the ministry's statement stressed.
