Colomina: Georgia to be invited to NATO summit in US

NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs and Security Policy, Special Representative of NATO Secretary General for the South Caucasus and Central Asia Javier Colomina has assumed that Georgia will be invited to the NATO summit, to be held in Washington in 2024.

“I think that Georgia will be invited and represented. I don’t know the level yet, but I think there are enough reasons to believe that Georgia will be invited. It is difficult to say whether Georgia will be represented at the highest level or at the ministerial level. However, I believe and am confident that Georgia will be represented at the summit,” Imedi TV channel reports quoting Colomina as saying.
