Fuad Muradov: Armenian diaspora's problems deepen
Chairman of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora Fuad Muradov said in an interview with APA that today, Azerbaijani communities abroad are strengthening themselves, relying on a strong Azerbaijan.
The problems of Armenians in the world are much more serious, he added.
According to him, analysts note that in all the countries where Armenians live, especially in Europe and the USA, they are more likely to become divided, politically marginalised and assimilated.
"The deepening problems of the Armenian diaspora are creating an unhealthy environment between the traditional and modern diaspora, completely weakening the ties between the diasporas. Observations show that the Armenian community in Europe and the United States, appearing strong from the outside, in practice significantly narrows its sphere of activity and limits its opportunities for influence. The successful continuation of the diaspora policy by the head of state, the foundation of which was laid by the national leader, has formed a completely new stage in the activities of the Azerbaijani diaspora, and this is the basis for the existence of a strong Azerbaijani diaspora," Muradov noted.
