Indonesian tanker catches fire at Batam shipyard, 10 killed VIDEO
At least ten people have died and 18 others were injured in a fire on the oil tanker MT Federal II at a ship repair yard in Indonesia.
Police said the blaze broke out at around 4 a.m. local time on October 15 at the facility in Batam, Riau province, Caliber.Az reports per foreign media.

The injured were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police confirmed that the tanker was not carrying oil at the time of the incident. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, authorities added.
Chief of local police Zaenal Arifin said emergency services responded quickly to the fire, but the scale of the blaze made rescue efforts challenging.
