Iran companies, individuals sanctioned by EU named

The European Union has published lists of individuals and companies that were included in the new anti-Russian sanctions package, including seven Iranian companies that the EU considers involved in the supply of dual-use goods to Russia.

The Council of Europe said this in a statement posted on its website. 

The EU Council statement notes that the relevant Iranian companies or organisations allegedly produce military drones supplied to the Russian military and used in their zone.

The lists included companies such as Design and Manufacturing of Aircraft Engines (DAMA), Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Research and Self-Sufficiency Jihad Organization (IRGC SSJO) and others.
