Iran says negotiations cannot proceed while threats persist
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said negotiations on a final agreement cannot begin while threats against the country continue, citing provisions of a previously signed memorandum of understanding.
In a post on X, Araghchi said millions of Iranians had demonstrated in support of late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and that neither the public nor Iran's armed forces would be intimidated, Caliber.Az reports.
Millions of proud Iranians rallied in unity to honor Grand Ayatollah Khamenei and his legacy. Neither them nor our Brave Armed Forces are moved by any threats.
