Kyiv mayor grants former UK PM “honorary citizenship” status VIDEO

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has met with former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson at the Ukraine House in Davos.

Klitschko made the announcement on his Telegram channel, Gazeta.Ru writes.

The Kyiv mayor said he presented Johnson with the title of Honorary Citizen of Kyiv, which he was awarded by the city council at the end of November 2022.

"Boris has repeatedly visited the Ukrainian capital - both in peacetime and at the most dramatic time of our struggle against the Russian aggressor. As prime minister of Great Britain, Johnson did all he could to help Ukraine. And he continues to support us and convince the civilized world of the necessary support," Klitschko wrote.
