Media: Armed clashes occur again at Afghanistan-Pakistan border

Armed clashes have resumed between fighters from the radical Taliban movement, which has taken control in Afghanistan, and Pakistani border forces near the disputed border between the two countries.

The clashes between the Taliban and Pakistani military forces began around the border in the eastern Afghan province of Khost at approximately 16:00 local time (GMT+4:30), Caliber.Az reports, citing Afghanistan’s media.

Both sides have also deployed heavy weaponry. There is no information about casualties or injuries.
