On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I sincerely congratulate you and all your people on the occasion of the national holiday of the State of Libya.
The development of friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Libya is gratifying. I fondly remember your visit to Azerbaijan in November to participate in COP29. Your second visit to our country in the past year and a half reflects the level of our intergovernmental relations.
I believe that we will consistently continue our efforts to strengthen the ties between our countries and deepen our mutually beneficial cooperation on both bilateral and multilateral levels.
On this joyous occasion, I wish you robust health, happiness, and success in your endeavors, and the friendly people of Libya everlasting peace and prosperity.”
