Türkiye conducts large-scale detentions of IS suspects
Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya has said that Turkish intelligence services apprehended 119 individuals suspected of ties to the Islamic State (IS) terrorist organisation.
"During operations targeting IS over the past five days across 23 provinces, 119 people have been detained," Caliber.Az reports, citing the minister’s message on X.

Turkish intelligence regularly conducts operations against IS. According to the Interior Ministry, over 3,000 people have been detained in the country in the past year on suspicion of links to the terrorist group.
