Ukrainian flags raised over Izyum city council VIDEO

Servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces control (Kharkiv region's) Izyum city centre and have already raised Ukrainian flags over the city council building.

Ukrainian military Anatoly Stefan released a video on which one can see the burned-down building of the Izyum city council,  RBC-Ukraine reports.

On its roof, there are fighters with Ukrainian flags.

It is worth noting that for several days information about the withdrawal of Russian troops from Izyum appeared on the Russian Telegram channels, but official sources have not yet confirmed the city's de-occupation.
