Eurasian Economic Forum 2025 kicks off in Minsk

The 4th Eurasian Economic Forum (EEF-2025) officially opened today at the Minsk International Exhibition Center, marking a significant moment for economic collaboration among Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states.

The forum is held in conjunction with the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, attended by the heads of state of the EAEU countries, underlining Belarus’s role as the chair of the Union’s governing bodies this year, Caliber.Az reports, citing Belarus media.

The central theme of the forum, “Strategy of Eurasian Economic Integration: Results and Prospects,” sets the tone for discussions focused on advancing deeper economic integration across the region.

EEF-2025 features six thematic blocks encompassing 35 events, attracting over 2,700 participants from 33 countries. The agenda covers a broad spectrum of sectors including finance, industry, agriculture, energy, technical regulation, veterinary services, trade, transport, customs, public procurement, and statistics.

Organisers expect the forum to serve as a pivotal platform for strengthening multilateral cooperation and shaping the future economic landscape of the Eurasian space.

As Belarus leads the Union’s agenda in 2025, EEF-2025 highlights the growing importance of regional integration in driving sustainable development and economic stability among member states.
