Dry cargo ship Thoe with sunflower seeds leaves Chornomorsk port

The Marshall Islands-flagged ship Thoe, laden with sunflower seeds, has left the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk.

It is heading towards Türkiye. This is evidenced by data from the Marine Traffic vessel tracking service.

The Thoe dry cargo ship is carrying 2,900 sunflower seeds on its board. It is bound for the Turkish port of Tekirdag.

On July 22, Russia and Ukraine, with the participation of the United Nations, agreed to remove grain from Ukrainian ports. It is delivered from the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk, and Yuzhne. A special committee was established to inspect the ships in Istanbul.
