The meeting also highlighted the strong relations between the governments and parliaments of Georgia and Armenia, as well as enduring bonds between their peoples, Caliber.Az reports, citing Georgian media.
Last year, officials noted, the two countries elevated their bilateral relations to a strategic level.
Papuashvili emphasised the positive momentum in high-level visits, reflecting the intensity of engagement between Tbilisi and Yerevan.
He also highlighted active and productive parliamentary cooperation, including work between speakers, committees, and friendship groups.
Mirzoyan further noted the continuing negotiations on the final signing of the peace agreement and pointed to improving relations between Armenia and Türkiye.
