Armenian president arrives in Georgia for official visit

Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan arrived in Georgia on an official visit, officials confirmed.

He was greeted at Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport by Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili and other senior officials, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media. 

President Khachaturyan’s delegation includes Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, Member of Parliament Shirak Torosyan, among others.

During the visit, Khachaturyan is scheduled to meet with his Georgian counterpart, Mikheil Kavelashvili, on November 19. The two leaders are expected to hold a joint press conference following their discussions.
