CEO of major Russian cosmetics brand MIXIT detained in Moscow PHOTO
The CEO of Russian cosmetics brand MIXIT has been detained in Moscow.
Oleg Pai was detained on suspicion of large-scale fraud committed using his official position.
No further details about the case are currently known. A court hearing on the measure of restraint is scheduled to take place today.

In August 2024, law enforcement officers had already conducted searches at MIXIT’s offices, as well as at the homes or addresses associated with the company’s co-founders, Elena Nazarova and Oleg Pai. The reasons for those searches were not officially disclosed.
MIXIT is the largest Russian cosmetics brand, founded by Nazarova and Pai in 2014. The company initially focused on producing customised cosmetics, and by 2024 its products were being sold at approximately 32,000 outlets across Russia and other CIS countries.
