Azerbaijani army units boost combat readiness PHOTO/VIDEO

A new academic year has started in Azerbaijan’s Separate Combined Arms Army.

During preparation for the new academic year, military units have held formation reviews, checked material and training facilities of units, training combat vehicles, weapons and combat equipment of personnel.

Speakers during ceremonies held in military formations and units on the occasion of the opening of the new academic year stated that all scheduled activities were fully implemented the previous academic year, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry told Caliber.Az.

It was emphasized that in the new academic year, the main attention should be paid to further improvement of knowledge and skills of servicemen, proper operation of modern weapons, equipment and other combat means available in the arsenal of the Azerbaijani army.
