Azerbaijani athletes grab medal at European Shooting Championships PHOTO

Azerbaijani athletes have grabbed another medal at the European Shooting Championships in Hungary’s Gyor city.

The Azerbaijani national team consisting of Haji Musayev, Vladislav Kalmykov and Imran Garayev won the bronze medal in the 10-metre shooting competition among men, Report informs.

Earlier Leyli Aliyeva and Vladislav Kalmykov ranked third at the continental championship.

The opening ceremony of the European Championships took place in Győr, Hungary on February 25.

Among the officials taking part in the Ceremony were Mr. György Nagy, President of the Hungarian Shooting Federation, Mr. Dézsi Csaba András, Mayor of the city of Győr, Mr. Zsolt Gyulai, President of the Hungarian Olympic Committee, and Mr. Gábor Schmidt, Deputy State Secretary for Sports Administration and Development Affairs.
