US First Lady holds talks with Russia, Ukraine on children’s return

US First Lady Melania Trump has stated that her priority remains reuniting families, including those from Russia and Ukraine, noting she is in talks with both sides about the return of children.

In an interview with Fox News, she said: “We have a direct channel with Russia and with Ukraine. My representative is working on that, and we are working on another reunification.”

Melania Trump stressed that all those responsible for the process are working together and have positive relations with one another.

Melania Trump has played a major role in reuniting Russian and Ukrainian children with their families.

Under her leadership, 33 children have already reportedly been reunited with their parents.
