Azerbaijani FM, OIC secretary-general discuss multifaceted co-op

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has had a phone talk with Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha.

The current cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OIC, topical issues on the agenda of the organisation and plans for the future were discussed during the phone talk, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told Caliber.Az.

Bayramov stressed that useful and effective cooperation has been established between Azerbaijan and the OIC in various fields, including political, economic, cultural and educational ones.

The views on other regional issues were also exchanged during the phone talk.
