Azerbaijani, Kazakhstan successfully conclude joint UAV drills PHOTO
The "Tarlan-2025" joint flight-tactical drills involving Azerbaijani and Kazakh servicemen in the field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) has successfully wrapped up in Azerbaijan, highlighting the growing military cooperation between the two countries.
According to Azerbaijan's Defence Ministry, service members from both nations effectively completed all assigned tasks in line with the exercise plan. The drills were conducted in coordinated phases, demonstrating a high level of combat readiness, discipline, and professional skill, Caliber.Az reports.
As part of the training, a series of tactical and operational UAV missions were carried out. Intelligence on pre-identified targets was collected using mini-UAVs, after which operational-tactical UAVs were deployed to neutralise those targets.
The exercise command praised the professionalism and training standards of the participating units.
In recognition of their outstanding performance, several Azerbaijani and Kazakh military personnel were awarded the medal “For Services in the Field of Military Cooperation” and received valuable gifts. All participants were also presented with certificates, and a group photo was taken to mark the conclusion of the exercise.
