Azerbaijan, OSCE PA explore emerging geopolitical order in South Caucasus PHOTO

Samad Seyidov, Chairman of the Milli Majlis Committee on International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations, has discussed the peace process between Baku and Yerevan with Pere Joan Pons Sampietro, President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

During the meeting, Seyidov addressed cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OSCE PA, efforts to strengthen peace and an atmosphere of trust in the region, and the OSCE PA's activities in the region, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

He also noted that Azerbaijan is a model country in promoting peace and stability in the region.

Sampietro emphasized that Azerbaijan has created a rare model in its relations with Armenia and in establishing peace in the region.

OSCE PA Vice President and Special Representative on the South Caucasus Luis Graça, Head of the Milli Majlis delegation to the OSCE PA Gaya Mammadov, and Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Austria Kamil Khasiyev, who also attended the meeting, shared their views on the emerging new geopolitical realities in the South Caucasus, Azerbaijan's cooperation with the organization, and the importance of parliamentary diplomacy.
